Our team will print the final closing documents, meet with your client at a convenient location, ensure all documents are signed, initialed, dated, and notarized properly. 

Once complete, our agent will scan the documents and drop them off at UPS or FedEx for Overnight* (*expedited fee) return shipping.

Closing Documents, Remote Closings, Buyers/Sellers packages start at $150+; accounting for travel time, mileage, and the number of pages.

Fees in addition to conducting the signing appointment: Printing $0.25/per page (single or double sided) | Mileage $0.56/per mile.
